Air Dryer package for Jafurah plant

Hadetec Engineered gas systems has engineered and produced an Instrument Air Dryer package for contractor Hyundai. The end user is?#SaudiAramco?Oil Company.

The systems will be installed at Saudi Aramco site Jafurah. The PSA type Air Dryer package receives wet compressed air and will produce clean and dry instrument air. This is required for faultless operation of the plant’s instruments and valve systems. ?The main components of the package are filters, and adsorbers filled with desiccant.

The systems will be operated from DCS system at the operators room at site, and can also be started and stopped from the local control panel on the package.

The first package will be delivered this week, the second package delivery is expected over 6 weeks. Due to it’s size, transport over road is not possible. Luckily, Tankbouw Rootselaar is located next to the canal “Arkervaart”. The package will be loaded on deck of an river vessel and the transport will be from here to Antwerp harbour where the package will be loaded on an container vessel with destination Jubail, Saudi Arabia. ?
