?? The Air Always Seems Cleaner in the Countryside

Welcome to the December issue of The Auden Standard, our regular newsletter that gives you an insight into what we are working on at Auden Hospitality.


This month we were pleased to announce our partnership with Foxhills Club & Resort to create an F&B strategy that will elevate the member experience across their food & beverage outlets.

Set in a 19th-century Victorian Manor House and nestled within a wooded 400-acre estate with 66 rooms, three golf courses, spa, five swimming pools and three restaurants.

The resort is located just outside London and only 9 miles from Ascot and was awarded 'Best Immersive Experience' and 'Best for Families' by Conde Naste Excellence Awards 2023.

We have already started to collaborate with the F&B team and are looking forward to meeting some of the members as we work on the project.


We spent time in the Netherlands in the beautiful town of Groningen with Sten von Kühn and Bryan Westra to start work on the pilot of one of the projects we have completed with The Social Hub (B Corp?) .

We are looking forward to seeing the project come to life in Q1 2024 - watch this space for more!


We also spent time at the fantastic Manor House Lindley with General Manager Mark Ayre working on their 2024 business plan and helping to craft a strategic roadmap for the hotel to grow in the coming years.

Having just been awarded 3 Rosettes in their signature restaurant, The Lantern Room by the AA, the hotel has a great opportunity to make a splash in the Yorkshire luxury market.


Finally, in what has been a busy month for Auden, our Founder Scot Turner continued his strong relationship with Tenzo - Restaurant PerformanceOps by supporting their team for the 洲际酒店集团 UK Managed Estate F&B Leaders forum by sharing his thoughts on;

--> Utilisation metrics of inventory and Space

--> Focussing on the local community using LinkedIn outreach

--> How to bring underperforming spaces to life using new revenue streams
