Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) and the language model ChatGPT are revolutionizing the way businesses manage their IT operations. Both topics have been in the news in a big way and I wondered if the hype real and if so how do our businesses capitalize on these technologies?.

Let’s define the terms with examples first:

One of the components of AIOPs is the use of natural language processing (NLP) and generation technology, such as ChatGPT, to interact with key IT systems and users.
