Do you have a theme song? This used to be my mine and I used to listen to it every morning as a reminder to do my own thing and focus on my goals.
But regardless of if you have a theme song, the lyrics ring true (sing it with me) ??

Nobody gonna slow me down, oh no

I’m running and I won’t touch ground....
Don’t let anyone break your stride when it comes to your marketing.?It is very easy to be:
? Distracted by the bright and shiny
? Overwhelmed by all the stuff to do
? Slip into procrastination mode
? Think what you do needs to be perfect

Instead, think about the small steps and actions you can take every day or week to keep you striding forward.
??Break marketing tasks into 15-minute segments –?this helps to form a habit and these small yet consistent steps move you closer to your goals.
??Focus on marketing you enjoy and outsource the rest?– let’s be real here - if you hate doing something you ain’t gonna do it, no matter how well-intentioned.
??Outsource where you don’t have expertise?– the time it takes for a specialist to do it, will be a fraction of the time it takes you. That cost is worth it as it saves time and a lot of frustration.
??Don’t beat yourself up?– life happens and your plans may get derailed from time to time. Accept it and then get back into the grove as soon as you can.

The key to results with everything is consistency. Consistently showing up on a regular basis.
Consistently is everything!! Keep showing up.

1 年Great point. My theme song is, I'm a Survivor. Destiny Childs. There is only so much we can do but if we dedicate 3 x 15 minutes to our marketing, we can kick goals.
