Client spotlight ??

This month we’re delighted to share more about a new client of ours - The Natural Adventure who organise self-guided walking and cycling holidays for people who want to delve a little deeper into nature and the local community, but who want some support along the way.

Putting a novel spin on our user research offering, our very own Project Manager, Georgia, decided to go and try out the Natural Adventure experience in person! She and her husband spent a week walking in the stunning region of Zagori, North Greece.

She described the trip as “one of our best ever holidays!”

So what makes us excited to be working with The Natural Adventure (apart from great holidays, of course)?

• Collaborating on a roadmap of improvements and updates that they want to make to the website ?
• We will be working on improving an existing website on an ongoing basis. We really thrive on working with our clients on a long term basis, it allows us to constantly be iterating the website and building a strong partnership.
• They’re already making it easy for us to be an extension of their existing team. We’ve really enjoyed the onboarding process and building a solid plan with their existing tech team ??
• Let’s be honest, what they do is cool and we love all the beautiful photos we get to work with on their website! ????

• We’ve been making sure we’re well rested with lots of the team taking holiday over September and October - we’ve been to Greece, the US, and there was even a mystery holiday for our Tech Lead, Pete!
