The “Ain’t Got No Money For Food” Diet

The “Ain’t Got No Money For Food” Diet

Forget the Atkins Diet, Zone Diet, Keto Diet, Grapefruit Diet, and all those other fad diets you’ve heard about.

I HAVE THE DIET FOR YOU!!

This diet is simply referred to as the “Ain’t Got No Money For Food” diet.

You know why it works?

Because you’re broke and can’t afford a full cart of groceries anymore.

Therefore, you ain’t got money to buy that fancy steak anymore, or those croissants from the bakery, or the ribs and potato salad for the backyard BBQ on Saturday, or a nice box of fresh strawberries, or that organic food you can’t get enough of.

You’re only annoying the frick out of everyone

Instead, you’ll be having to buy local instead of organic, generic instead of brand name, clearance isle instead of whatever you normally get, a can of tuna instead of steak, and chicken thighs (bone-in) instead of ribs for the family cookout.

You can no longer afford to eat 3 times a day. Instead, you can only afford to eat twice per day. You’ll have to choose to skip breakfast or lunch, because you’re only working with a $10 budget, and your kids need some toothpaste, so now you only have an $8 budget.

So here are the things that’ll fill you up and keep your budget down: eggs, oatmeal, beans, lentils, vegetables (frozen or fresh), and fruit.

At this point, you might not be able to afford meat most days of the week.

I’ve lost 25 pounds on this diet, you can do it, too!

Good luck!
