Aiding and Abetting a Psychologist Having Sex With His Patient Makes YOU UNETHICAL TOO Dr. Geist/Dr. Fortgang

This is the bizarre story that was my life. I was seeing three psychologists, Dr. Richard Geist, Dr. James Barbaria, and Dr. Jeffrey Fortgang all at once. I had a two year sexual relationship with Dr. James Barbaria during this time. The other two psychologists not only knew this but they knew him, saw him for therapy!!! Not only did they FAIL to REPORT Dr. Barbaria for having SEX FOR TWO YEARS with a PATIENT, they ENCOURAGED IT!!!

Not only did Dr. Geist take on Dr. Barbaria as his own patient, but he saw us both in therapy for "COUPLES'S COUNSELLING" while I was STILL MARRIED and living with my husband and son! Dr. Fortgang allowed Dr. Barbaria to come to many of my sessions as well, providing "A SECOND COUPLE'S COUNSELLOR" to a woman who was already married to someone else (a non-psychologist)

During this bizarre "course of treatment" Dr. Barbaria held me hostage one evening at his house (refusing to let me leave when I tried to escape out his many doors) shook me violently and spit in my face, swore to me and said I was responsible for the whole thing. The other two psychologists agreed with him!!~ They BOTH said I was equally responsible!!! Also all THREE knew I TURNED TO ALCOHOL because of THEIR ABUSE!!!! I am still NOT OVER what happened to me!!!

Dr. Barbaria died in 2017. But the other two are out their practicing therapy WITH VULNERABLE PEOPLE, much like myself! No one did anything. NO ONE PROTECTED ME, THE PATIENT!!! I regressed and got worse over the years. It is my mission in life to speak out and warn others about unethical doctors!!
