For the next 2 days we are back in Vienna with this amazing programme on Quality Culture. As always the graphic designers have wowed us with beautiful colours, this time in jigsaw layout! This will be my first live event with ECA since Covid-19 struck. I am honoured to be a part of it and look forward to meeting all of the delegates bright and early tomorrow morning.
