ai4process 2022 Year in Review

What a year! It’s safe to say that 2022 was a big year here at ai4process, with changes across the brand itself, our people, and the products and services that we offer. With a New Year just beginning, now felt like a good time to reflect on our key achievements for 2022.

?The most obvious change we made last year, was the introduction of our new brand. And behind our slick (even if we do say so ourselves) new identity, we underwent plenty of work in rationalising our offerings into our three key pillars: ai4consulting, ai4talent and ai4innovation. We showcased all of this, and more, on our brand-new website and across our re-energised LinkedIn page, almost doubling our following in just one year!

?With our new look and feel in hand, we expanded our presence across the world, with new offices in Poland, India, and Australia. Alongside these, we’re pleased to say that we signed several new logo clients from around the globe.

?Our team also expanded, with it doubling across the board! And our leadership team was strengthened by the addition of (in no particular order), Derk-Jan Brand, Nick Hill, Julie Smith, Mungo Keulemans and Sam Bradon. We’re also proud to say that we added an Employee Wellbeing officer to the team who helps us to continually support and nurture our most important asset… our people!

?The ai4consulting team were busy in 2022, helping us to achieve Specialist Partner Status in the fields of 1:1 Customer Engagement, Customer Service, Delivery, Training and RPA (for EMEA, Australia and India). They also flew the flag for ai4process, representing us at key industry events including PegaWorld , CamundaCon and SS&C’s ‘Future of Work’ event, where they presented our ai4 Empathetic Collections application.

?Our ai4talent team continued to nurture the future of the industry, guiding more students through our rigorous training programmes than ever before and helping them achieve their professional certifications. In 2022, we even kicked off our first ever University Pega training programme in partnership with the University of Wales, Trinity Saint David.

?The ai4innovation team also continued to do just that in 2022… innovate! Last year we launched our ai4 HR accelerator application, which helps organisations with the complete ‘hiring to retiring’ process, alongside developing our Life and Pensions accelerator for SS&C Chorus. When not building new products, the team continued to work their magic using our selected technologies, providing too many POCs to mention, along with adding key functionalities to our ai4 Empathetic Collections and ai4 HR accelerators.

?But most importantly, we had fun whilst achieving all of the above. We could not have done it without the full team behind us and we cherished all the time we spent together in-person. From cricket, darts, and pool all the way to escape rooms (with varying levels of success) and exploring Edinburgh’s historical darker side, we had a blast!

?All that’s left to say is thank you to all our employees, suppliers, customers, and followers, and we cannot wait to see what 2023 holds for us all.
