A web service with the newest version of the AlphaFold 3 model is already available for everyone. AlphaFold is an AI model that can generate highly accurate biomolecular structure predictions containing proteins, DNA, RNA, ligands, and ions, and also model chemical modifications for proteins and nucleic acids. It is for non-commercial use only, and you can find on their page the exact Terms of Service along with other frequently asked questions.

AI-enabled prediction of chemotherapy-induced cardiotoxicity from baseline electrocardiograms

Cancer therapy-related cardiac dysfunction (CTRCD) is common in patients treated with anthracyclines, with early detection improving outcomes. They have developed an AI model (AI-CTRCD) using 12-lead echocardiograms to predict CTRCD risk. In a cohort of 1138 patients, the AI-CTRCD model effectively identified high-risk individuals, enhancing risk stratification beyond traditional factors.
