I’ve learned that AI can be especially effective in routine HR-related tasks such as assisting with quick reference, thought starters and guidance.

Let’s say you are asked by a colleague on short notice to assist her by interviewing a Facility Manager candidate she is seeking to hire. The interview is in two hours and you are super busy between now and then. You want to help her out but you don’t know much about facility management, nor are you an HR expert.?

In my experience ChatGPT provides excellent assistance with many other HR tasks including generating job descriptions, job posts and more!
