The event was a huge success, highlighting progress in closing the gender gap. Notably, there's been a rise in diversity, particularly among women. Their presence promises a whole new perspective to the systematic processes involved, enriching the community as we know it.?

Additionally, they have provided tailored support and leadership in crafting diversity recruitment strategies, ultimately driving the recruitment of female tech talent and fostering a more inclusive workforce.

Ada is dedicated to equipping women and gender-expansive adults with the skills to thrive as software developers, all while advocating for inclusive and equitable workplaces. Their focus is on addressing the specific needs of marginalized communities, including Black, Latino, Indigenous Americans, Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islander, LGBTQIA+, and individuals from low-income backgrounds. Through their programs and initiatives, they strive to empower underrepresented groups, creating pathways to success in the tech industry while championing diversity and inclusion.
