With AI, we can better support healthcare professionals and their patients
Artificial intelligence is reshaping industries worldwide, and healthcare is no exception. At Better, we are embracing the rapid pace of innovation by embedding AI into our tools to better support healthcare professionals and their patients.?
Our mission has always been to provide cutting-edge technology and solutions that empower healthcare professionals to deliver better care. With AI-driven tools, we are taking this commitment to the next level. By integrating AI into our platform and solutions, we are tackling real-world challenges such as optimising clinical workflows, enhancing medication management, and improving the use of healthcare data in meaningful ways.?
Our webinar series, “AI for a Better tomorrow” highlighted several of these advancements. One example is the AI-powered AQL Assistant in Better EHR Studio, which transforms how clinical and technical teams work with healthcare data. By letting users interact with the system in their own words, the assistant makes working with data easier and more intuitive. Another example is the AI Assistant and Daily Summary in Better Meds, tools designed to provide clinicians with structured insights into medication history and daily overviews. These tools help clinicians make more informed decisions by ensuring critical information is readily accessible when needed. Additionally, AI-powered design-to-code tools are accelerating the development process by converting design files into functional code, bridging the gap between design and implementation.?
All of these advancements demonstrate how innovation and efficiency can go hand-in-hand to deliver meaningful results. They highlight the unique ways AI bridges gaps between technical expertise and clinical needs, offering limitless opportunities to reimagine how technology supports patient care. We remain committed to driving innovation and are excited about the possibilities ahead, building a future where healthcare professionals are empowered to focus on what matters most—their patients.?

"ePMA has set the bar for what can be done and how to do it"
“The concept of ePMA is not one that needs a lot of effort in order to gain buy-in. It is pretty well-understood across health systems that hand-written prescriptions are, in the context in which we now work, dangerous; they should have no place in this millennium,” said Julia Scott, an Associate Director of Clinical Quality Assurance and Innovation at Dartford & Gravesham NHS Trust.
"QA must ensure the quality of the product, regardless of the technology or application"
“My motivation arises from the belief that a tester with a comprehensive understanding of the application’s entire operation can ensure better product quality,” is how Tatjana Vidjak, a QA engineer in our Clinical team, sees her work and where she finds motivation.
