"Ethical Decision-Making" Ethics will not be available to artificial systems until they become society members. However, a symbiotic society that includes humans and artificial systems cannot be stable. Attempts to develop such societies will turn to suicidal acts for human beings.

"Human intelligence encompasses emotional understanding..." Emotions are stable patterns of elementary behavior triggered by specific keys. There is nothing to do with intelligence.

"AI can mimic creative processes, but it lacks the genuine creativity and innovation that humans possess." Humans, too, cannot move beyond their subjective experience. However, humans can solve creative tasks because they can find appropriate new combinations of known to them elements.
