Entrepreneurship embodies the essence of freedom:
Forbes explains the four components of business freedom include,
Eliminating, Simplifying, Delegating, and Automating.
Eliminating involves gaining clarity on what you really want to achieve from your business, then going through a process of elimination when it comes to finding out what daily activities are getting you through those tasks.
Want to simplify? “stop trying to be cute”. Repetition and fundamentals are the only thing that grows businesses. Too many entrepreneurs over-complicate their business by adding things that are un-needed. Constantly changing systems, pursuing new marketing shiny objects, adding more services, adding more outreach platforms, when honestly just keeping it simple will get you from zero to one-hundred very quickly.
Delegating involves accessing your resources and having capital to do so. Start to get good at managing others, and creating SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures). I recommend hiring interns that want to gain experience instead of money to begin your delegating journey, than either turning them into paid interns or transitioning to working with international VAs.

Automating involves having the right tools at your disposal to do what you were already doing on auto-pilot, which is what I am here to provide today.
I am going to be revealing the top Artificial Intelligence tools for fully automating your business processes. I want to go an extra mile on this one and include a bonus section below that will be some categorized AI tools in different spaces to make it easier for the reader to delegate, while organizing ideas for operations.
With the rise of AI, businesses are constantly seeking innovative ways to streamline operations and improve efficiency. AI offers the potential to automate repetitive tasks, optimize workflows, and enhance decision-making processes. From customer service to data analysis, there’s a wide range of AI tools available to help businesses fully automate their operations. Here, we explore the top four AI tools that can revolutionize your business processes.
1. BHuman.AI :
BeHuman is an AI tool that is a video tool that allows founders to connect with their customers at scale through personalized videos. All you need to do is record a video one time on their platform and Bhuman will capture your voice, mannerisms, and video recording. Afterwards, all you have to do going forward is includes the client’s name in the existing script and send it out. They really emphasize the point “A personal touch you can scale”.

2. AdCreative.AI :
Ad-Creative AI, if you haven’t seen an ad for this company through a Youtube video or sponsored google search yet, you must be living underneath a rock.
Ad Creative must be investing thousands in their marketing campaigns because in 2023, I’ve seen more of them on the internet than I ever saw of Tai Lopez’s ‘In My Garage’ video back in 2009.
They are essentially an ad-creation platform and call their ads “Ad Creatives” and they can be generated within a few minutes, with only a slogan, logo, and color schemes in place. They are great at creating multiple social media ads, banners, and campaigns for you, that you can use, test, and edit to your liking.
Use Cases:
I would personally use Ad Creatives for Instagram ad testing. I would pick a certain budget and run 2–3 instagram story ads across various platforms and see which ads perform best based on clicks and conversions. I would then distribute continue testing other ads on a quarterly basis to see if I can outdo the current winning ad.

3. Microsoft Power Automate or Copilot AI:
Formerly known as Microsoft Flow, Power Automate is a cloud-based automation platform that integrates seamlessly with Microsoft’s suite of productivity tools. From automating email notifications to syncing data between applications, Power Automate simplifies business processes and enhances collaboration.
Use Cases:
Definitely great for creating flows inside your marketing campaigns. Flows are essentially messages or signals that send automatically after a specific action is done.

4. Google Cloud AI Platform:
I am aware that everyone isn’t a microsoft user so I had to include Google. The Google Cloud AI Platform provides a comprehensive set of tools and services for building, training, and deploying machine learning models at scale. With capabilities like automated model tuning and prediction serving, businesses can really automate predictive analytics and gain really important data.
Use Cases
The first building block is speech-to-text and text-to-speech APIs, which help convert speech to text and text to speech, respectively. The second building block is structured data, with products like automatic tables and cloud inference API. Automatic tables enable building and deploying machine learning models on structured data at increased speed and scale, while cloud inference API gathers insights in real-time from time series data sets. The last use case building block is Recommendations AI, which delivers personalized recommendations based on customer preferences.
