The opportunities and risks associated with AI regularly come in our conversations at the moment. Naturally there is sometimes a wariness to embrace new technology, but AI is here to stay. As business leaders we need to look for the opportunities and find ways to use AI tools to help us on our growth journey.? It could be as simple as using Otter.ai to help with meeting notes and actions, or prompting ChatGPT to help draft marketing copy (always be prepared to check and edit it though). Are you talking to the right people??
When you are trying to win new business, especially for high value products or services, always try to ensure you are talking to the right people, and assess these criteria?
Budget - does the person or company you are dealing with have the money for your product or service??
Authority - are you talking to the person who can sign off the purchase or deal? Be careful how you ask this, perhaps ask if there is anyone else who needs to be involved in meetings or presentations?

Need - How will you improve their life - be really clear how you are going to help them, and how their life will be better by spending money with you?
Timing - why now? Be prepared to counter questions about why your product or service is necessary if the person or business has managed without it thus far?
