Our research on DEI and AI revealed an ongoing commitment among business leaders to leverage AI in promoting workplace diversity. Workday thank you for sharing this! AI as a tool to amplify productivity and ensure logistical tasks are optimized is incredibly beneficial. It should not be viewed as a replacement for any human interaction - people, situations, emotions, etc. are too unique and nuanced to forego a human-to-human interaction when thinking of employee communication and engagement.

Being able to focus on internal talent based on the company and departmental needs is always great focus, on top of a positive moral boost for other employees seeking internal growth. I’ve seen a need on Internal talent growth in past organizations & I have been part of internal talent growth as well. There are many employees that have the skills the organization needs, have grown within the company, understand the process and are ready for new opportunities. 9 个月There is no doubt that the era will come when AI will help us do our jobs. On the other hand, it is important that humans do not fall into the trap of getting the right answer, in order not to rely too much on AI and not be dominated by it. I think what humans can do is trial and error. This trial and error creates innovation. That's why I think it's important to continue learning with humility and agility, and we need a culture of high psychological safety that tolerates failure.
