The AI & Supplement Revolution: A Cautionary Perspective

While the world embraces the rise of AI, I remain sceptical.
Still.
The angles and opportunities to go wild with the growing development of tech are definitely opening up new corners and novel ways in which we now see, do, explore and simplify our lives. In the business world, there are plenty of applications where productivity gains are tangible and speed of delivery is the new norm.
And yet, I remain hesitant.?
We thrive on learning new prompts to gain that leading edge, resulting in outcomes and seeing some amazing stuff being generated by the world's contributions. Content is inundating the World Wide Web in record time, and applications flash before us like a tsunami. New solutions to act and react as front runners are in abundance.
And as I stated before, I remain sceptical.
We marvel at the visualisation of what data centres save, collect and interpret. Fantasy goes haywire when famous people are portrayed in less-than-obvious positions connected to their stature and what they are known for. Villas constructed at the most surreal locations, giraffes being rescued from a ravine by a crane in China, and how we see the world beyond the stars are now a few AI lines away.
I still raise question marks.
We’re learning new ways to speed up the process and disguise our natural desire to work on neural plasticity. We're grasping how our human body and mind now see the world compared to 50 years ago and simply going full throttle on what actually is a collaboration of data input and creating visualisations of our imagination.
In part, this leans towards entertainment (which is great!), but it also takes on something which we are not aware of. Finding solutions in something which is shaped by evolution - the human mind and how we consciously feed our subconscious (our personal supercomputer).
During one of my morning walks, I was trying to connect the dots. Finding solutions in what is offered is the way to move forward and, maybe, cutting corners in our quest to learn and be more productive.
Tools to enrich and improve our lives.?
Or so we may believe and perceive.
And yet, supplements and quick fixes via diet plans and solutions to augment one’s body crossed my mind. The overlap of how humanity loves and digs deep in supporting material to reach a goal, be it individual or as a consortium, does strike a resemblance.
Nothing short of the truth, both AI and dietary add-ons or plans do serve a purpose. We are looking for ways to get where we point our compass needle towards. We dig deeper into the world presented to us on a plate or via an app because the feeling of success with speed is said to make that difference.
If you do not know the basics, get the foundation right and how it can negatively impact our presence and, above all, our mental and physical health, you may end up chasing an unrealistic goal.
You are you, so do what you must do.
Your authentic voice and individual characteristics remain at the core of what drives success. Your success.
AI may help you, however, it must not be the copy/paste protocol when the message you want to deliver is askew-ed delivered. After all, what you generate comes from a multitude of sources. The fine-tuning part, celebrating your tone of voice and your values are not (yet) captured accurately,
The same goes for expecting that supplements and diets kick in and deliver fast, accurate results. Weight loss and thrive stories aplenty, but is it really what you need and what you may believe brings forward your values?
And understanding that speed is not always the best approach to turning the tide positively and accurately?
We have evolved over millennia - mind and body. The proof lies in how we know more about how our minds and bodies work. The overflow of AI applications and nutritional supplements and marketing-savvy buy-ins for the ultimate diet plans are a thing of the last couple of years. Less than 0.001% of our time on this planet?
Do you really believe these novel ways in the demand for quickness have no impact on our mental and physical health?
As much as I follow the AI world and the dietary application in pill, powder, and liquid form, I am truly convinced that these do not yet deliver what they claim.?
Subconsciously, awareness of what turns the dial to win remains in the individual approach that defines you as a person.
