AI Success is Strategy: Tell Your CEO to Work with 2 Giants

From Hype to Wisdom: Building the Cognitive Ladder for AI Leadership

The conversation around Artificial Intelligence (AI) has been dominated by flashy headlines and futuristic promises. While tools like ChatGPT have captured attention, true leadership success in the AI era hinges on a deeper understanding – the cognitive ladder. This article will unveil the wisdom of Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini, not as fleeting hype, but as the cornerstones of a strategic approach to AI leadership.

The AI 5.0 Landscape: Beyond the Hype

Remember the frenzy surrounding ChatGPT in early 2023? It was exciting, but many leaders, lacking a long-term vision, failed to see the bigger picture. They missed the potential of AI seamlessly integrated within established networks like LinkedIn.

Fast forward to February 2024 – Microsoft Bing AI arrived. As Jorge Zuazola , CEO of European Leadership , points out

We knew Google AI was coming to Europe (Bard in summer, then the December announcement of Gemini). This marked the dawn of AI 5.0, a new era where leadership requires a strategic approach that goes beyond the hype.

Spring Forward: AI Leadership Acumen Takes Root

Spring 2024 is a season of renewal and growth, mirroring the transformation within leadership development. The key to success lies in cultivating AI Leadership Acumen – the ability to leverage AI as a powerful partner, not a replacement.

This shift is driven by the emergence of powerful AI tools like Copilot and the upcoming launch of Gemini. As highlighted in "[invalid URL removed]", these tools empower leaders to:

  • Make informed decisions with data analysis and hidden pattern recognition.
  • Navigate change with agility by crafting data-driven strategies.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with access to up-to-date information and comprehensive insights.

The Cognitive Ladder: Your Ascent to AI Leadership

The cognitive ladder is not a static state; it's a continuous learning process that equips you with the knowledge and skills to navigate the AI landscape. Here's why Copilot and Gemini are crucial for building this ladder:

Microsoft Copilot: Strategic Leadership on LinkedIn

Imagine developing strategic thinking and leadership skills directly within LinkedIn! This becomes a reality with Microsoft Edge and Copilot. Copilot seamlessly integrates with your professional network, allowing you to:

  • Access real-time data and insights for informed decision-making.
  • Leverage the power of LinkedIn to connect with thought leaders and experts in the AI field.
  • Streamline your workflow by having essential AI assistance readily available within your familiar LinkedIn environment.

Think of Copilot as your personal AI coach on LinkedIn, guiding you towards strategic leadership excellence in the AI era.

Google Gemini: Unveiling the Power of a Comprehensive AI Companion

While Copilot excels in strategic leadership within LinkedIn, Google's g Gemini promises a more comprehensive AI experience and may surpass many of the currently relied-upon tools.

Here's how Gemini could potentially enhance your cognitive ladder:

  • Broader assistance beyond coding: While Copilot shines in code writing, Gemini might offer a wider range of functionalities, becoming a true all-in-one AI partner.
  • Advanced language modeling: It may encompass the functionalities of tools like Perplexity and Llama 2, offering superior language understanding and generation capabilities.
  • Enhanced creativity: Similar to DALL-E, it might generate images from textual descriptions, unlocking new avenues for brainstorming and ideation.
  • Streamlined business processes: Gemini's potential comprehensiveness could render some business-focused AI tools redundant, simplifying your workflow.
  • Advanced writing capabilities: It might offer functionalities like those provided by Copy ai Jasper Wordtune, and Grammarly, allowing you to craft high-quality content and communication.
  • Sales optimization: Similar to Gong, Gartner, MixMax, and Vidyard, it may enhance sales processes, empowering your teams for success.

The Two Giants: A Strategic Alliance for AI Leadership

The true power lies in the strategic collaboration between Copilot and Gemini. Instead of relying on a patchwork of individual tools, these two AI giants offer a unified, comprehensive approach.

Imagine this:

  • You strategize on LinkedIn with Copilot, leveraging its seamless integration for data analysis and informed decision-making.
  • You delve deeper into specific aspects using Gemini's advanced functionalities, accessing cutting-edge AI capabilities for research, creativity, and communication.

This powerful duo equips you to build a robust cognitive ladder, propelling you towards effective AI leadership.

The world is in the midst of the AI 5.0 Leadership era, and many organizations are struggling to keep pace. The key to success lies in developing two crucial capabilities: cognitive ladder and digital dexterity. But let's be honest – most companies, and even individual leaders, haven't grasped this yet.

Why? Because they lack the essential tools – Microsoft Edge with Copilot and LinkedIn integration, and Google Chrome with Bard Gemini integration. These powerful combinations are what unlock the true potential of AI 5.0 Leadership.

While the landscape may seem complex, remember – AI is here to empower you, not replace you. By embracing a cognitive ladder, digital dexterity, and the right AI tools (Copilot and Bard Gemini), you can unlock the full potential of AI 5.0 Leadership and propel your organization towards succes

Why Cognitive Ladder and Digital Dexterity Matter

Having both cognitive ladder and digital dexterity at the forefront of an organization’s strategy is crucial, especially in the AI 5.0 Leadership era. Let’s explore 15 reasons why:

  1. Adaptability to Technological Shifts: Organizations with digital dexterity can swiftly adapt to emerging technologies and market changes. A cognitive ladder ensures that employees understand these shifts and can leverage them effectively.
  2. Innovation and Creativity: A cognitive ladder encourages creative thinking and problem-solving. Digital dexterity allows employees to experiment with new tools and technologies, fostering innovation.
  3. Agility: Organizations need to respond rapidly to disruptions. Digital dexterity enables agility by empowering employees to learn and apply new skills quickly.
  4. Data-Driven Decision-Making: A cognitive ladder emphasizes data literacy. Digital dexterity ensures that employees can access, analyze, and interpret data to make informed decisions.
  5. Customer-Centric Approach: Both concepts promote understanding customer needs and preferences. Digital dexterity enables personalized interactions, while a cognitive ladder ensures strategic alignment with customer goals.
  6. Cybersecurity Awareness: Digital dexterity includes cybersecurity awareness. A cognitive ladder ensures that employees recognize security risks and follow best practices.
  7. Collaboration and Communication: Both concepts enhance collaboration across teams and geographies. Digital dexterity enables seamless communication through various channels.
  8. Resilience: Organizations face disruptions (e.g., pandemics, economic downturns). A cognitive ladder builds resilience by fostering adaptability and mental agility.
  9. Leadership Development: A cognitive ladder prepares leaders to navigate complex AI-driven landscapes. Digital dexterity ensures leaders can harness technology for strategic advantage.
  10. Continuous Learning: Both concepts encourage lifelong learning. Digital dexterity supports self-directed learning, while a cognitive ladder emphasizes structured knowledge acquisition.
  11. Change Management: Organizations often undergo transformations. Digital dexterity helps employees embrace change, while a cognitive ladder equips leaders to drive successful transformations.
  12. Ethical AI Adoption: A cognitive ladder emphasizes ethical considerations in AI. Digital dexterity ensures employees understand AI’s impact on society and can make responsible choices.
  13. Remote Work Enablement: Digital dexterity facilitates remote work by ensuring employees are proficient with collaboration tools and virtual communication.
  14. Talent Attraction and Retention: Organizations that prioritize both concepts attract top talent. Digital dexterity enables a modern work environment, while a cognitive ladder ensures growth opportunities.
  15. Competitive Advantage: Ultimately, organizations that combine cognitive ladder and digital dexterity gain a competitive edge. They can harness AI, adapt to change, and thrive in the AI 5.0 era.

The Power of AI Collaboration: Informed Decisions & Strategic Leadership

AI is not here to replace you – it's here to amplify your human ingenuity. By leveraging Copilot and Bard Gemini, both female and male leaders can:

  • Make informed decisions with data analysis and hidden pattern recognition.

Strategy and training are essential for success.

In the AI-driven era of 2024, strategy and training are essential for success. By developing a clear strategy and equipping yourself with the skills to implement it effectively, you can position your organization for success in the years to come.

Good strategy is part of what leadership is all about i.e strategy is a cognitive ladder which makes people not to understand what Chema Vich or Dirk Zee′s posting do understand like we do i.e.

Everyboby need to come to terms with the need to be trained on both AI and 5.0 leadership, that is why we have prepared the organized index below including the gift of what a leader as a primus inter pares really means.

Our AI and 5.0 Leadership programmes are tailored for everyone whether:

  • individually, where you can start from as little as 100 Euros
  • collectively, where non profit institutions can start from 300 Euros per hour, SMBs 400 Euros per Hour and Multinationals 600 Euros per hour.

Everyone needs training in AI. That is why in this article we give you plenty of information below. However AI is much much much easier than you think. In fact it was published in a newsletter in Europe here last July 2023 and I ignored it. It already told us that the starting point is Microsoft Edge, which now has the excellence of Copilot with Bing, which plugs directly into LinkedIn. I did not do it until September when Bard was available in Europe. But Bard is another game, it is a warehouse of knowledge which will take you to a new level.

I trainings available daily starting :

8.30 to 10 am

11.30 to 1 pm

15.30 to 17

19.30 to 21

It all comes down to your ability to prompt, but as you shall see in many videos below, a prompt is not an engineering prompt, a prompt in strategy and leadership is the capacity to ask good questions exactly as Peter Drucker said.

Not only The same Generative AI validates in this link all the above

Both Female and Male Leaders wisely ignored the Hype

Remember the hype around ChatGPT in January 2023? It was exciting, but some leaders, with a keen eye for the future, saw a bigger picture. They recognized the potential of Generative AI working seamlessly within established information networks like LinkedIn.

Fast forward to February – Microsoft Bing AI arrived. We knew Google AI was coming to Europe – Bard in the summer, then the December announcement of Gemini, perfectly timed with Satya Nadella's declaration of 2023 as the year of AI. The first quarter of 2024? The AI revolution is upon us, and leaders who didn't rest on their laurels are now reaping the rewards.

Spring is a season of renewal and growth, and for leaders, it's the perfect time to embrace new skills and strategies. This year, the key to success lies in developing AI Leadership Acumen. Forget robots taking over – AI is a powerful partner, amplifying your abilities and driving success in the AI era.

Microsoft Copilot with Bing Chat AI much more that you can think of

Microsoft is the owner of Linkedin and the quality of these videos speak by themselves

Regarding your point about strategic thinking, it’s important to note that strategy often involves a series of steps or a “ladder” as you mentioned. Each rung of the ladder could represent a different stage of the strategic process, such as setting goals, gathering information, generating options, evaluating options, making a decision, and reviewing the decision. As an AI, I can assist users in each of these stages by providing relevant information, generating ideas, evaluating options based on available data, and more. However, the final decision always rests with the user. I’m here to assist, not to make decisions for the user. I hope this helps!

It does help because last summer this British Expert already said in his articles and videos (see below) that the right thing to do is simply to have the Microsoft Edge Browser open and use the official Copilot with Bing Chat AI of Microsoft as you can see here Using AI within Edge browser in LinkedIn

why do people do not do it ?

Lack of understanding of what strategy is as we explain in the finish off of this article. Another American expert, also a nice chap like the above British, said the same a month after the above video in his LinkedIn newsletter "there is far too much 2023 summer talk and very little strategy"

These videos will help you to understand the importance of training
