Insights Corner: AI's Impact on Sourcing Reply Rates

Perhaps one of the most interesting bits to come out of our most recent Talent Trends Report was how AI impacts sourcing efforts. We observed that sourcing emails using Ashby’s Generative AI tokens garnered a 46% lift in reply rate over those that did not.

Our AI tokens can be used in both email sequences and LinkedIn outreach, and serves as both a research assistant and copywriter. The feature automatically generates text for your emails, helping you to draft copy that is compelling for candidates in a personalized and scalable way.?
