AI Social Listening for Direct Selling Companies

AI Social Listening for Direct Selling Companies

Social Listening is probably the most important service a direct selling company can utilize to grow and protect the brand.

Why It's Important For Your Company:

  • You can develop a marketing plan and social content that generates real engagement
  • Understand what aspects of your brand people are positive/negative/neutral about and what to do to turn a neutral into positive and a negative to neutral or positive
  • Help manage your online reputation and mitigate crisis issues
  • Keep tabs on what everyone in the field is saying about your company, product claims, earnings claims
  • Discover new influencers and how to engage with them
  • Understand exactly what to say to get people to become customers/reps
  • Uncover important trends with support issues to help fix problems before they happen
  • Identify the products/services/tools/training that customers want the most
  • Track all aspects of your marketing campaigns to make sure your marketing budget is optimized

Understanding Your Competitors and Industry:

  • See exactly where your competitors are succeeding and failing
  • What competitor products/services/tools work the best for them
  • Find gaps in your industry (products, services, comp plan features, training, support, etc) that you could easily fill to create a competitive advantage
  • What is positive about the industry that people identify with that could be brought into the company
  • Get a sense of your share of the social media audience. And understand the volume of your messages vs. theirs.
  • Understand why their customers may not be satisfied with their product. And how you could create a better experience.
  • Find the content they share that outperforms your own. And analyze why it resonates with your shared audience.
  • Quickly identify the new products or solutions they are offering. Find out what the general market sentiment is towards those products and solutions, and set a goal to outperform them
