AI is here and the urgent implementation of ADKAR change model would allow HR teams to move from simply being aware of AI to effectively utilising it in ways that add real value—leveraging AI as a strategic transformational tool to enhance efficiencies, enrich employee experiences, and drive impactful change across the business.
