One of the conclusions is that the lower end ?? of the “Advice” market (regardless of industry) is more likely to be impacted by AI than the upper end???.?
Advisors, real estate brokers and others whose clients are mid-market are likely to find their jobs in extreme jeopardy, as an increasing amount of their workload is automated.?
Which means that there will be an increased focus on the upper tier markets where personal relationships, complexity of deals and 1-1 advice will still be important.
