  1. How AI is transforming knowledge capture and transfer in the workplace
  2. The challenges and benefits of using AI to capture and transfer knowledge
  3. Practical steps for reducing time to proficiency and improving workforce readiness

?? What advice Sam had for future HR leaders:

“When we started, people all had fear about AI. The fear was 'Oh, AI is coming, self-driving cars are coming, robots are coming, they're going to our workplace, they will take all the jobs'.

But it turned out, technology has two sides, and although this will potentially replace some of the tasks, you can also take advantage of this to help you get better. Some may not understand, but this is a powerful technology.”
