Resourcing candidates is a complex and necessarily time-consuming process, and the quick fix solutions currently being rolled out across multiple job sites are likely to see a decrease in the candidate quality offered by recruitment agencies.

This is not to say that AI has no place in recruitment, and any hiring professional will tell you that they are always looking to save time! The potential of AI to support recruiters with scheduling and admin is exciting and will certainly develop in coming years, but it is not a sufficient replacement for recruitment agencies.
