Thanks Dr. Nadeem Ahmed, this review is very insightful . As I was reading it, several thoughts/questions came to mind. Are "most" patients really able to make informed decisions about thier provider? As opposed to "My doctor knows best" approach. The inclusion of additional data in the AI algorithm is welcomed, especially as it realtes to outcomes. But is it adequte? Would it not be more benefical to provide more than rudamentary information such as percent compliance with best practices, readmission rates, ability to identify early clinical deterioration, moving from reactive care to proactive care, moving from fee based serivce model care to value based outcomes related care. These are obvioulsly loft goals and one step at a time. THanks again for sharing
