?? The Latest Episode ? AI Efficiency and Musk's WILD Prediction
?? What does the DISTANT future of work look like?
Everyone’s buzzing about it – including Elon Musk. And in his version, we’re all swimming in cash thanks to AI’s magic touch. Universal basic income is out. If Musk is to be believed universal HIGH income is its much-improved replacement.
Plausible or not – it got me thinking.
AI is dragging us into some seriously wild economic territory. So, I’ve dedicated this explorative episode to asking the bigger questions.
The ones that will impact ALL of us.
Only the best and brightest minds have the answers.
Watch it now! ??
We’re entering an age of turbocharged human productivity, robots and AI.
But who’s going to cash in this time?
Spoiler alert: It’s usually not you.
Historically, workers get the crumbs while companies dine on tech booms like a buffet. Every leap forward has lined corporate pockets while the rest of us wonder where our cut went.
We need to figure out how WE can win in this new age of AI efficiency.
In episode 72, I’m ripping through the past, the present, and a very tantalizing future – to uncover what’s really blocking the remote work utopia: AI efficiency that actually pays off for society.
?Let’s make sure this time around, the future of work belongs to all of us.

This Week's Question is From Liezle Prinsloo in Johannesburg, SA:
Are there any qualifying tests that do not include math questions, i.e. percentages, equations, etc?
"Hi Liezle,
No, the CCAT is standard for all roles and there are always math questions.
Research shows a strong link between math skills and logical reasoning. Numeracy - the ability to understand and work with numbers - is closely connected to problem-solving and critical thinking.
The mental processes used to solve math problems often overlap with those used for logical thinking. While this connection may be more correlation than direct cause, improving math skills can boost logical reasoning.
Candidates who excel at math tend to have stronger analytical abilities, highlighting a valuable link between the two!
That said – the math questions don’t go beyond high school level. They check basic algebra, proportions and how to work through word problems. Many don’t even require a calculator to figure out – so give them a shot!
If you’re still not confident here are some resources:
·???????? Khan Academy
·???????? Lumosity
·???????? Rocketmath
These will help you brush up on particular types of math, brain games and fact recall.
We also understand that timed math tests can be particularly challenging for those with learning differences or disabilities. We're committed to ensuring a fair process and are happy to provide reasonable accommodations.
?Good luck!"

1 个月I am very disappointed with Crossover. It seems you are only using LinkedIn to promote yourselves, as I have applied many times and always received rejections, even for simple data entry positions. This doesn't mean I am not qualified for the job, as I am currently working with a well-known U.S. SaaS company. For me, it feels like a waste of time to apply through LinkedIn, as it seems your hiring team in Pakistan may be hiring based on relationships rather than qualifications.

1 个月This edition sounds packed with insights! AI is definitely changing the game, especially when it comes to remote interviews. The idea of using AI power combos to boost interview performance is intriguing, and it's amazing how elite professionals are leveraging this to stand out. Elon Musk’s prediction about universal high income is a wild one to consider, but it gets you thinking about how quickly the future of work is evolving. Crossover's focus on mentorship is also such a valuable aspect for growth.

1 个月My present skills means there is no competitor for me in the whole world It means for my interview, there is a need of a person who knows more knowledge about life and things than me It means I trust in very near future Crossover will request me please join the job without an interview or an application There is only need for me to prove that I am there need I don't love AI because I am a lover of self intelligence to make everyone the very best version of themselves to defend AI I only use my self intelligence to make your concept about life and you as a human or soul the most clear to give you some ways to solve your problems by yourself on LinkedIn as a remote interview Al is the most less than my self intelligence If you doubt then please ask me any type questions about life, and things as my interview Because I love questions Because my concept about life and you as a human is the most clear with justification to give answers of your questions
