1. Recommendation Engine: A Quantum Leap in Personalization

One of the most exhilarating projects I led was the development of a sophisticated recommendation engine for a global beverage manufacturer. By harnessing 35 billion data points, we created digital twins of B2B outlets and employed an ensemble model combining deep and wide neural networks. This cutting-edge solution, operational since 2019, provided actionable insights for optimal product assortments, demonstrating the potential of neural networks long before they became mainstream.

2. Category Intelligence: Unveiling Strategic Insights

For one of the large CPG companies, we developed a category intelligence tool leveraging advanced Natural Language models. This was done Pre-Generative AI era and still the NN models that we trained were able to take care of diverse set of insights coming in from diverse set of data sources. This tool processed news reports, social media, patent filings, company reports and many others to deliver comprehensive insights into competitors, brand reputation, and consumer behavior. The result was a powerful asset for strategic decision-making, driving innovations, product launches, and market expansions.

3. Early Warning System: Revolutionizing Defect Management

In a groundbreaking project for a well-known retail company, we implemented a unique defect classification system. By analyzing defect tickets and identifying patterns across stores, we utilized semi-supervised learning to categorize defects. This approach not only pinpointed root causes but also significantly improved store operations, showcasing how AI can enhance operational efficiency.

4. Virtual Assistant Using LLM: Redefining Information Retrieval

We assisted a leading CPG manufacturer with deploying a Large Language Model (LLM)-based virtual assistant. This solution outperformed previous Watson-based models and provided better user experience. By enhancing information retrieval from past reports and dashboards, we set a new standard for virtual assistants in the industry.

5. Boosting Customer Retention

In the hospitality sector, we led the implementation of AI base hyper personalization tool, a solution designed to personalize email campaigns.
