First things first, we have changed the name of our newsletter from AI for Good News to AI with a Mission. This name aligns more with our other service offerings.
On October 17, AI Consultants for Nonprofits hosted an executive round table discussion with nonprofit leaders. The discussion was centered on the three things nonprofit leaders must do to get ahead of AI adoption. Those three things are AI readiness assessments, training and strategic planning.
This session sparked additional conversations. Here's a quick run down.
One major note was that there is still much education to be done around AI use cases for nonprofits. Some people don't get its benefit until they have an "a ha" moment.
