AI Monthly: Build for the Future

AI Monthly: Build for the Future

Dear AI Enthusiasts,

Let me ask you a question: Is your company built for the future?

According to BCG's latest research, 60% of companies worldwide are planning on increasing their digital investments for 2023, but many CEOs are frustrated by poor business cases, increasing capital expenditures, and unclear value. However, a few future-built companies have managed to crack the code, leading disruption while demonstrating resilience.?

After surveying 725 C-suite members to better understand the superior skills and capabilities that make companies the most successful in a rapidly evolving digital landscape, we've identified 6 attributes for success–establishing leadership alignment around a clear purpose, attracting and retaining world-class talent, implementing an agile operating model, creating an innovation-driven culture, developing scalable data and technology platforms, and finally, fully embedding AI that creates value. In fact, advanced companies invest twice as much in AI and realize a 3.5 times greater return on these investments!??

These attributes ultimately create a flywheel effect. Once a company has the necessary data and analytics capabilities, it can invent, deploy, adapt, and reinvent much quicker and with more impact than its competitors. It can now ride the wave of technological development, leaving its overly cautious peers behind.

Following these success factors, all companies can become future-built. Be sure to check out our new playbook!

Until next time,

Sylvain Duranton

Sylvain Duranton thanks for sharing ! In your list "establishing leadership alignment around a clear purpose, attracting and retaining world-class talent, implementing an agile operating model, creating an innovation-driven culture, developing scalable data and technology platforms, and finally, fully embedding AI that creates value" have you identified which ones are more like the roots and which one are more consequences arriving when the roots are in place ?
