Strategies for Leaders to Drive an AI Mindset

To drive an AI mindset at scale, leaders should adopt the following strategies:

1.?Measure Current Culture: Assess the existing level of openness and growth mindset in the organization. Evaluate employees’ beliefs in mastering new skills and the opportunities provided for skill development.

2.?Internal Marketing Campaign: Launch a company-wide campaign to promote the adoption of an AI mindset. Clarify the benefits, create success stories, and communicate these internally and externally to partners and clients.
