Stanford's STORM AI Elevates Long-Form Article Generation

STORM , a new AI tool from Stanford University, is reshaping the creation of long-form content. STORM excels in the "pre-writing" phase, where it curates comprehensive outlines for articles by retrieving diverse perspectives and posing multi-perspective questions to simulate conversations. This approach results in thorough, well-organised outlines comparable to human-generated content, setting it apart from traditional AI models.?

You answer a two-step question with STORM. The first step is to enter a topic. I entered: How is AI impacting B2B marketing? Next, you are asked to elaborate on the purpose of writing the article. I answered: This article aims to educate anyone in B2B marketing who may feel that they are not fully informed about how AI impacts their industry.

You can see the result here .

One More Time for Google’s NotebookLM

I bring it up again in case you missed it last week. Google NotebookLM is a ‘must-see’ AI moment. I uploaded a document and listened to it transform into a conversation complete with metaphors and similes. The results provide a ‘stop and think’ moment and a glimpse of where AI is heading.
