AI Makes for Smart Marketing

Marketers have been using AI to generate great marketing content. It's a great productivity tool. But then, they upload it into generic, static channels. These traditional mediums effectively dilute the power of AI. To personally connect with each buyer and truly transform their business, Marketers need to incorporate Conversational AI so the AI instantly generates unique content to each buyer - without human effort.

Same principles. Different approach.

AI will disrupt traditional Marketing. But it's really just elevating the same proven approaches.

  • Marketing consists of Content and Channels: Messages and Messaging. AI Marketing is comprised of Generative (Content) and Conversational (Channels) AI.
  • As before, Content attracts an audience. Channels connect with that audience (i.e. radio, tv, website and even slack channels). AI improves these Marketing principles online with personalized messages and instant messaging online, 24/7.

Data is the lifeblood of AI. Without it, AI is simply dumb. It's what brings AI to life - like electricity to your electronic devices.

Data is the digital 1s and 0s (positive/negative ions) that instantly flow between AI-Generated Content (electricity) and AI-Conversational Channels (conduits) that connect buyers and sellers. Or biologically, it's like your brain's neurons and nerves that generate ideas and then communicate them. AI continually learns through more training and conversations.

Data makes AI super smart. But if the Smart Content is contained in GenAI and never part of the AI conversation with your company's website, then it's like a power plant without transmission lines. Practically useless. Smart Content needs Smart Channels.

  • AI instantly synthesizes data content from hundreds of disparate sources to convey unique personalized messages to each individual buyer multi-modally (text, voice, visuals) in their preferred conversational channels.

  • Smart Content and Channels enable Personalization at a Massive Scale Online. They are real-time, interactive and bi-directional - just like Facebook and Netflix (hence, Smartphones and SmartTVs).

Most homebuilders are realizing the importance of data. But having great data to generate content is not enough if you want to connect with your customers. You need to create Conversational AI channels to personally usher buyers down individual sales funnels.
