AI is no longer just a tool for developers or researchers—it's shaping every industry and touching every aspect of our lives—and ANYONE can build with it. For me, AI literacy is about making AI accessible to everyone, a feat I've undertaken since starting my AI journey back in 2017. AI literacy is the foundation that empowers individuals and organizations to embrace AI with confidence. With the right tools and mindset, anyone can harness AI to innovate and make an impact.

What is AI Literacy, and Why Does It Matter?

AI literacy is simply understanding how AI works, what it can do, and how to use it responsibly. It's not about becoming an AI engineer overnight—it's about knowing enough to collaborate with AI effectively, ask the right questions, and spot opportunities to innovate.

Here are a few ways AI literacy can transform careers and businesses:

• For You: It helps you stay competitive in your field by leveraging AI tools to boost productivity, simplify workflows, and spark creativity.
• For Your Team: It builds a common language that fosters collaboration between technical and non-technical roles, requiring them to work together even more.

Remember I said that everyone is a technologist, thanks to AI?

• For Organizations: It creates a culture of innovation, enabling teams to make smarter decisions, unlock new efficiencies, and surpass the competition.
