Our GenAI Platform is called ECOChat.

What exactly is a RAG system and how does it work in ECOChat?

Very succintly, a RAG system is a technology that combines two things:

1. Data Retrieval: The system searches and retrieves specific information from a vector database or from multiple data sources that you already have.
2. Automatic Generation: It then uses that information to automatically and consistently generate answers or reports.

Think of RAG as an intelligent librarian who not only knows where all the books are but can also read them quickly and can give you a clear and useful summary of them (or chunks of it).

How does ECOChat work with RAG?

• Smart Search: ECOChat uses the "retrieval" part of the RAG system to search through all your corporate data (remember: you can host ECOChat - your knowledge and data will never leave your organization). If you ask a question, ECOChat knows where to look for the relevant information.
• Accurate Response: Once ECOChat finds the information, it uses the "automatic generation" part to create a clear and specific response using our custom LLM . It not only gives you the raw data but presents it in a way that is easy to understand.

And now, the most important question... What are ECOChat's advantages and why to choose it?

We've talked about the two main features of ECOChat (the ability to talk to data at scale and privacy) but ECOChat provides a large list of advantages to your business. Some of the most important are:

Here is an example of ECOChat communicating in Irish Gaelic.

The user asks a question in his native language, and ECOChat can respond quickly in the same language in which the question is asked.

But this is just an example, you can ask in your native language and the answer will be in the same language, fast and reliable.

Use Case: How the Spanish Tax Administration Optimizes Processes with Pangeanic

The AEAT (Spanish Tax Administration ) is the government body in charge of managing the state tax and customs system, (like the IRS in the US or HM Revenue & Customs in the UK). It works closely with other similar bodies in the EU and is connected to tax agencies across the world.

THE CHALLENGE

To provide the AEAT's 25,000 geographically distributed civil servants with document translation services into and out many of the world's languages, with full document reconstruction (Word, PDF, etc.) Serve 40M words per year.

OUR SOLUTION

The ECO platform for machine translation (not the same as the ECOChat Platform) in a dedicated Software as a service (SaaS) mode.

RESULTS

The translation of half a million pages for 40 different language pairs.

The Spanish Tax Administration had never used this type of service in the past. It just proceeded to translate specific documents occasionally.

Pangeanic, with the ECO Platform, has not only made the processes of the?Spanish IRS?more efficient with its document translation platform ,but also provided a much faster translation speed than traditional translation services... and with the guaranteed quality of our multilingual machine translation system.

If the Agency were to use human translation services, they would not only have had to wait weeks or months for the translation of some documents but would have also paid over 300 times the cost of the automated translation platform.

We participated in the Digital Enterprise Show (DES) in Malaga, where we presented our latest innovations and shared insights with other industry leaders.
