IS AI About To Kill Fun?

Is use of AI technology about to kill off the fun of Fantasy Football? While this is a very interesting adaptation of AI to predictive performances with numerous uncontrollable variables, success in potentially many fun human activities like fantasy football can now be questioned! I don't think crowds pay to see autonomous motor racing or watch robotic sport beyond the initial novelty value. Somethings require human involvement, competition and risk for us to continue to be interested beyond the associated technology advancements.
