There is no doubt in anybody's mind that AI is the next revolution and no Enterprise can survive without maximizing it's usage. Over last 2 to 3 yrs early adaptors have ventured in this journey, many are experimenting and some are still planning. Important for all to plan & create your AI journey. These pointers will help you do that

  1. Clear Strategy & Vision: It's for you. Please define the goal of AI implementation and how it aligns with your overall business strategy
  2. Data Infrastructure: Any AI implementation is as good as High-quality, relevant Data available with the Enterprise. Often the most ignored or missed out aspect. Ensure robust Data Management Systems are in place to collect, store and process data
  3. Customer Journey Mapping: Key element to ensure providing the wow experience that is expected by your Customer (both Internal & External). Each investment should address any one or all of these KPI's - Efficiency, Productivity, Customer Experience or Cost Reduction
  4. ROI: Again one of the key elements to ensure sustainability of AI Implementation. Before you venture ensure targeted ROI
  5. Skill Development: Invest in Training & Development for Employees in Data Science. Machine Learning & AI Technologies
  6. Data Governance & Compliance: Established policies for Data Privacy, Security and Ethical use of AI to comply with regulations and build trust
  7. Change Management: Prepare the Organization for Cultural Shifts and change sin Workflows that AI implementation may bring
  8. Pilot Project: Fail early, learn & restart is the key. Small Pilot Projects helps to test AI concepts, evaluate outcomes and gather insights before scaling up
  9. Budgeting & Funding: Secure funding for AI initiatives, including technology investments and potential staffing needs
  10. Partnerships & Ecosystem: Don't reinvent the wheel. Leverage the knowledge already available with Partners, Vendors & AI Specialist
