AI as a Partner, Not a replacement
Let's dispel a common misconception: AI is not here to replace humans.
It's a message we repeat, understand, and yet, some still don’t seem to believe it. Whatever it might be, it’s missing the mark.
Given my close ties with Stanford and Silicon Valley, I can attest to the rapid evolution of AI. The AI train is running fast. ?
What AI looked like six months ago is incomparable to its current state and the advancements anticipated in the coming year.
AI is here to stay, so rather than dwelling on whether AI will replace us, let's ask the more pertinent question:
How are we preparing our organizations and workforce for this inevitable transformation or even revolution?
