If any company tries to interview me with a digital or AI interview, that's not a company I ever want to work for. I'll walk out, I'll pull the plug. Unless the creators of algorithms understand the issues, could the new system create a new form of discrimination?

Finding the right person for a role is so much more than ensuring they tick the right boxes and have the right qualifications. How can a recruiter expect to get a feel for the candidate if they're relying on an algorithm to read them. AI job interviews are as reductive to the job market as standardised testing is to mainstream education. A lazy, one-size-fits-all approach that is significantly more harmful than any supposed benefit will bring. It's dystopian.
