As we witnessed that how Ai turns the game in every domain of industrial or commercial or corporate infrastructures by providing exceptional user experience. When it comes to IT Sector, Ai boots are the one that leads the globe by assuring them a productive essence as compare to manual or traditional support do.

GPT Model is also gained 90% of market with Paid and Unpaid packages, Some how Chat-GPT ended many professional career slowly like Content Writing , Translators , Bug analyst and many more. But Still there are some skills that need's to be learn to operate Ai boots efficiently like Prompt engineering where you've to learn about dealing Ai operations according to your major requirements.

When it comes to Management roles still there are many gaps in Ai industry, Not a vast range of software's and boots available. So keeping in mind some challenges I have an idea regarding Ai recruitment. First We have to create a portal or a responsive website where individual arrived for multiple jobs. After reviewing JD's (JD's of multiple roles) there will an option where you can submit resume and turn on the option of "notify me". Simple from candidate side.

Now for Companies who are looking for an potential candidate have to buy a subscription in a minimum amount having rights to use those Resumes for screening. They don't need to spend a huge amount for resumes or for candidates searching they just have to buy a subscription and handing over to the respective HR's or Talent Acquisition Team. The Major role of Ai boot is to check those candidates through the second stage after selecting some resume's. the major check's are assigned to the Ai chat boots who actually conclude how effective He Or She is as an programmed test.

Also if a candidates qualify, Than we assigned a employee slot in the portal which is also used for Employee ease like managing there attendance , Payroll , Leaves and other workplace related activities through Ai System.

This is an hypothesis which I feel can fill the gap between Ai and HR practices. Because if move parallel with the world we all grew together.

By leveraging AI for resume screening and candidate evaluation, organizations can save time and resources while ensuring a more efficient and effective recruitment process. Additionally, integrating employee management functions into the same platform demonstrates a holistic approach to workforce management.
