Imagine a job hunt where AI does the heavy lifting.

It's not tomorrow's world, it's happening now.

Up until about a week ago, I was an AI-skeptic.

I knew of it largely through Chat GPT which I used to help complete the more menial copy-based tasks at work.

My scepticism came from where it became – and still is in some cases – incredibly obvious that people turned to it for personal branding?

LinkedIn had become suddenly flooded with content that was unoriginal and inauthentic.

Plugging in ‘what are three ways someone can improve their CV’ and uploading Chat GPT’s response became the new go-to for anyone struggling for inspiration.

It was bland, boring and uninspiring.?

This (limited) exposure to the tool led me to believe that it was useful but hardly revolutionary.?

Having been introduced to the actual capabilities of Artificial Intelligence, it turns out I had massively underestimated the scope and just how far along we already are with the technology.?

From our side, it is clear that AI should no-longer be seen as a toy to occasionally utilize but a formidable ally in identifying career opportunities, tailoring applications, and connecting with potential employers.
