AI: How To Be Human In The Age Of Machines

We live in a world that is increasingly controlled by machines, data and artificial intelligence (AI). AI's are becoming increasingly powerful, encroaching on many areas that were previously seen as as the unique domain of humans, such as reading, writing, speaking, understanding emotions and even being creative.

I have just finished my conversation on this fascinating topic with Hannah Fry, mathematician, radio and TV presenter, and author of the book: 'Hello World: How to be human in the age of machines'.

We explored how AI is becoming increasingly capable of doing many things that previously only humans could and we discuss the roles humans will play in this new world, what jobs we will do, and what skills we will need to succeed.

insightful indeed! The subliminal beauty of the symmetry of Philosophy and Software Engineering. Only the deeper insight endowed can see. I believe that AI's value lies in maintaining an implicit feedback loop. It is upon us humans to distinguish between the two cases.
