AI: How To Convert Your Old IP, Content & Ideas Into New - 'It's a lot easier than you think!'

We begin with a youngster who used ChatGPT to build a $6Million app - 'I had zero software experience. ChatGPT taught me how to build the app and then ChatGPT provided the main functionality for the app. It was pretty much entirely built by chat GPT.'

Then we explore how to use AI to convert your old IP, content & ideas into new update material.

Welcome to Issue 77 of 1idea

Blake Anderson underscores (in the video below) why we have been actively encouraging everyone to get into AI: 'It was the simplest app you could possibly imagine. It's a lot easier than you think.'

OMG, what I'd give to be a youngster again as opposed to being on the verge of my 70th birthday (Nov 2024).

Nevertheless, given the tons of life & business experience collected over those 70 years, I thought to share how we oldies are exploring the task of how to use AI to convert your old IP, content & ideas into new update material.

This is good news for everyone who has kept copies of everything they have ever shared to inform, educate and/or mentor anyone in their circle/s of influence.

Whether you have been in Business, Academics, Government, Sport, et al. Whether a Professional, Artisan or layperson.. AI gives your quality information the opportunity of renewed life and longevity.

In our last issue - Issue 76 - AI: Analysis of 'Cracking The Millionaire Code' - I talked of how, many years ago, we at - WISDOMS? - hosted a series of 'Million Dollar Initiatives' workshops in 5-star hotel boardrooms to expand the minds, ideas and potential opportunities for promising business operators in our various networks.

In this issue, I want to demonstrate how simple it is to use AI to update the old notes that we had prepared from those days.

I began by asking Phind.com - 'Are you able to distill and summarize a document that I have?'

Phind.com replies: 'Yes, I am able to distill and summarize a document for you. As an AI assistant, I have the capability to analyze and condense long pieces of text into key points and main ideas.'

I ask: 'Can I paste a copy of the document text here for you to distill and summarize?'

Phind.com replies: 'Absolutely! You can certainly paste a copy of the document text here for me to distill and summarize. This is actually one of the best ways to share your document with me. Here's how we can proceed:' (and proceeds to tell me how to do it).

Here's the distilled summary and revised layout of the document that Phind.com returned:

Cracking The Millionaire Code Workshop Summary

Introduction

Hi to ALL 'Cracking The Millionaire Code' Participants

From yesterday's workshop session input from everybody, I was left with no doubt that The PALAZZO makes one feel like 'a million dollars'... from the 'million dollar' shoeshine experienced by Hugo... to the 'million dollar' tea/coffee service offered to our attendees... delivered with consistent 'million dollar' smiles from The PALAZZO staff.

Potential Marketing Campaign

Hmmm... The PALAZZO - Makes YOU Feel Like A Million Dollars - is there the beginnings of a slogan or byline or CSR/marketing campaign in there somewhere that we can use to uplift an entire community?

Acknowledgments

We must convey our heartfelt special thanks to:

  • The PALAZZO General Manager Mark Sawkins
  • Deputy General Manager: Roger Petyt
  • Banqueting Co-ordinator Debra Geddes - Tel: (011) 510-3000 for continuing support, privilege and provision of a SUPERB venue & service.

Prototype Process Review

i. Getting-to-know each other session (2 hours x 2 sessions):

  • Friday at 10 a.m. to 12 Noon
  • Friday at 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

ii. First Million Dollar Idea (MDI) session (Saturday Morning, 4 hours):

  • Held in The PALAZZO's Boardroom
  • Worked through 5 MDI's

iii. Second MDI session (Friday afternoon, 4 hours):

  • Held in u-shaped workshop format in The Costello Room
  • Worked through another 5 MDI's

iv. CSR/CSI strategy workshop (Friday afternoon, 4 hours):

  • Held in round-table layout in The Costello Room
  • Workshopped ideas for The PALAZZO CSR/CSI strategy and related MDI's

Workshop Structure Consideration

With some quality fine-tuning of the MDI delivery-structure we could move through the process in a two-day seminar/workshop format (gives us a 2 X 6-hour working days format).

Workshop Content Overview

Yesterday began with a rapid-fire scratching-the-surface overview of just a few pertinent extracts from 'Cracking The Millionaire Code' and 'Confessions of a SERIAL Entrepreneur'.

Key Concepts Covered

(Ed's note: To drill down deeper into the principles and codes summarized below, you will need to get your own copy of the book or ask deeper questions of your favourite AI platform.)

  1. The enLIGHTened Principle (from Cracking The Millionaire Code):

L - Loverage - sharing your love of abundance with others - promulgating the concept of 'giving to give' business endeavours.

I - Inner Wealth - converting your intangible inner?gifts, passion, skills, talents to?tangible outer wealth.

G - Giving - base your business?on giving, fair play, honest, sharing principles -?give to others, your family, yourself.

H - Higher Power - consider the DIVINE possibility that you are not 'alone' in your life journey?- a universe of abundance.

T - Trustee - consider that money may be attracted to those stewards that can be trusted to make a difference in society.

(Added for context from original doc): I must acknowledge Ivan Andersen's presentation of Johnny The Bagger. Anyone who thought that the LOVERAGE behind an enlightened MDI doesn't come?at an enormous emotional price had that thought completely erased by Ivan's?emotion-charged input.?Enlightened MDI's require your 100% heart and soul commitment... nothing less! Voluntarily chairing a multi-million-rand school development for the mentally challenged?is LOVERAGE of the highest order. We salute you, Ivan

2. The 4 Key Cracking The Millionaire Codes (from Cracking The Millionaire Code):

Destiny Code - Discovering where your gut, passion, enjoyment, pleasure derive from tells you where your life's work should be played out.

Prism Code - Creating your vehicle to achieving multiple streams of wealth.

Angel Code - The team of people that will help you achieve your dreams.

Star Code - Your STAR customers who purchase your product/service and spread the word.

3. Millionaire Code PRISM Patterns (from Cracking The Millionaire Code):

P - Primary Products - e.g. Automobile

R - Related Products - e.g. Spare Parts, Accessories

I - Information Products - Data information,?Direction signage,?Consulting,?How-to systems.

S - Services - Manufacturing, Design, Distribution, Marketing, Sales, Protection, Enhancement, Humour, Advertising, etc.

M - Media - Merchandising, Entertainment,?Experience,?Hobby,?Toys and games, Associations, Business opportunity, Personal endorsement

4. Questions To Ask To Find My Destiny Code (from Cracking The Millionaire Code):

Passion - What do I love to do?

Talent - What am I good at?

Values - What is important to me?

Destiny - What was I born to do?

5. 21 Wheel of Wealth WOW Factors (from Cracking The Millionaire Code)

As posted from personal files in Issue 76 - AI: Analysis of 'Cracking The Millionaire Code'

(Added for context from original doc): Moving on to the workshop session, we broke into 3 round-table groups after viewing the SIMPLE essence of concepts such as the Johnny The Bagger story and its compilation into an?Information Product and Seminar commanding $1000 per head, and the Tingler, which generated $10 Million in sales for two committed women entrepreneurs.?

(Added for context from original doc): Ivan and I also shared how we had gained from the collective input and interest to see the morphing of Murdoch Inc. into the new mdiVENTURES, leading to the development of the mdiACCELERATOR business collaboration tool.?

(Added for context from original doc): Again, in preparation for the workshop, from Confessions of a SERIAL Entrepreneur we reviewed at warp-speed the concepts of:

6. Rewinding The Movie (from Confessions of a SERIAL Entrepreneur):

End - describe the end result of the project in visual terms, what revenue was generated, what residual revenue is sustained

Middle - now visualize the middle point of the 'movie' plot (i.e. the project).

Beginning - visualize how the 'movie' plot begins to get you to the mid-point and end.

7. Projecting the 3 Key Indicators for the Project (from Confessions of a SERIAL Entrepreneur):

Revenue - successful projects begin with sales / revenue / income, ideally beginning from a cash-flow positive in-flow of funds from day 1.

Costs - keep a beady eye on project costs to ensure that they are more than covered by revenue / income.

Profits - Revenue minus Costs = Profit - a fundamental concept emphasizing the importance of profitability, which is the ultimate goal for most businesses / projects. By understanding this equation, entrepreneurs can focus on strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.

8. MBC - WIIFM (from Confessions of a SERIAL Entrepreneur):

Elevates all 3 KEY players in every business transaction to EQUAL status:

Me - What's in it for me? The Employee as KING.

Business - What's in it for me? The Business Owner / Key Stakeholder/s as KING.

Customer - What's in it for me? The CUSTOMER as KING.

9. The Vending Machine Process (from Confessions of a SERIAL Entrepreneur)

10. The 1-Page Script (from Confessions of a SERIAL Entrepreneur):

Vision

Aim

Objectives

USP

Targets

11. Working to SMART Objectives (from Confessions of a SERIAL Entrepreneur):

Specific

Measurable

Achievable

Realistic

Time

(Added for context from original doc): Bearing in mind the MBC - WIIFM thinking, we need to be aware that The PALAZZO CSR/CSI project?will be of great personal, emotional, achievement-oriented, group-learning, philanthropic value - community upliftment - to those who get their teeth into it. The other MDI's have financial reward benefits thrown in. And given that most honestly aspire to building multiple?income-streams, it is important to make an honest assessment of which projects can generate revenue and what you'd like to see flowing in for your contribution to such project.

(Added for context from original doc): As with the mdiACCELERATOR that Ivan and I have developed to demonstrate zero-downside risk (if we cannot demonstrate upside we make nothing)?to any business owner's project that we?engage in,?with?a fixed formula to participate in the upside, so you need to begin assessing what?YOU will be worth to any of the above projects that take your fancy?and what return you'd like to receive for your input. For some it will be financial, for others it will be learning and personal growth, for some an experiment in philanthropy, and for some a combination of all three. Every person is unique, and you will need to tell me what will get your juices flowing to be in this game.?

(Added for context from original doc): I'll need you to think in terms of the contribution that you believe you can make to revenue and/or bottom-line profit and the specific financial return (in Rand value) that you like to receive for what you do.?

(Added for context from original doc): Given that we hope to be opening up projects to?working in teams of 5?people per project (excluding Ivan and myself), you need to give thought to the following as well (ends extracts from original doc):

12. Forming Project Teams (from Confessions of a SERIAL Entrepreneur):

WHY we should be working together - identifying team capabilities, resources, skills.

WHAT we'll be doing together - defining team objectives, success criteria & required outcomes.

WHO will be doing what - establishing deliverables, accountabilities, rewards & consequences.

HOW we will work together - defining team ground-rules.

Workshop Activities

We broke into 3 round-table groups after viewing case studies like Johnny The Bagger story and its compilation into an Information Product and Seminar commanding $1000 per head, and the Tingler, which generated $10 Million in sales for two committed women entrepreneurs.

Future Project Directions

The PALAZZO CSR/CSI initiative has the potential to be linked to:

  • Community 100 Empowered project (Economic Hub development LSM 1 to 4's)
  • Consumer Value Bundle prototype concept (Local Retailers & LSM 10 Consumers)
  • The Ultimate Information Business concept
  • SA Business Index
  • The Money Profiler

Team Formation and Contribution Assessment

We hope to open up projects to working in teams of 5 people per project (excluding Ivan and myself). You need to give thought to:

  • Forming project Teams
  • WHY we should be working together
  • WHAT we'll be doing together
  • WHO will be doing what
  • HOW we will work together

Call to Action

I need you to reflect on:

  • What contribution you believe you can make to revenue and/or bottom-line profit
  • The specific financial return (in Rand value) you'd like to receive for what you do
  • Which projects excite you the most

Your feedback and input will be appreciated.

Closing Note

It's time to get the rubber hitting the road. From your input we will divide into WORKING teams and focus on bringing individual projects to life.

(Added for context from original doc) - My thanks for the fantastic feedback extract below:?

Hi Trevor: Subject: Yes, I Am Inspired: 'I admit to having only read 70 pages of your “Confessions of a Serial Entrepreneur” – but I am v-e-r-y impressed!? I am looking forward to the next 70-odd pages! You’re clearly someone who has not only read the best books on business, marketing, etc – but knows how to implement this information!'

'I have business ideas popping into my mind all of the time/I’m continually thinking of business ideas/I drive my friends crazy by continually turning the conversation into some or other money-making idea.'??

I found a document that I must have compiled back in 2007 titled: Answers to Cracking The Millionaire Code. Obviously, I don't want to take away from the thrill of your challenge by supplying the entire list of 101 answers. However, if you do have a sticking point with any of the code or puzzle challenges, I'll be happy to put you on the right track here ??

I confess to a wry smile at Rick Beato - The Greatest Song Ever Went Nowhere - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHlxTiR1zsk - who laments the vast number of great songs / music consigned to the anonymity of the ether. Well, so it is with the written word. In my opinion, it is probable that 99.99999% of all heart-felt words of wisdom (in books, articles & documents) written by highly experienced people in their fields will be missed and never perused by the vast majority of people on this planet. Should that stop us sharing whatever knowledge we believe we should share for the benefit of others? No! Do what makes you feel good about sharing your life experiences. Just remember, as Beato points out, it is the only the rare few that reaches 'the tip of the tip of the tip of the tip of the pyramid'. Some do it by strategy; others achieve it by luck. Be aware of the odds and be happy with your creativity and work ??

If you need a little more inspiration, refer: https://www.dhirubhai.net/feed/update/urn:li:activity:7238878548931862528/ 'You can create your own app in 60 seconds. Robert Bye shared a video showing how he built a working bill-splitting app on his phone using the new mobile version of Claude in 59 seconds.' However, what I am learning from above such videos is that, as easy as they make it look, already possessing Coding Knowledge & Skills is certainly an advantage in maximising AI to develop an app. If you're like me (a non-techie), I suggest that you partner up with someone who has coding knowledge and can appreciate what AI brings to this process. If you're interested, refer these two videos as example of how a coder utilises AI to save tons of development time: i. I Used AI To Build This $900K/mo App In A Day - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zNfT7pnZdss ii. I can't believe we coded an app with AI in 67 mins (V0, Cursor AI, Replit, Claude AI) - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kDcM_xwmP3Q
