If AI has more empathy than humans, what is our super power?

The question is not as far-fetched as it might seem at first. Csaba's research, the founder of ICQ Global, prior to his speech at a Fortune 200 pharmaceutical organisation has revealed?some interesting insights he is going to share in his next Forbes article , although some of those might be extremely eye-opening to you, too, right now:
?
-?Google's healthcare AI was 4-5 times more accurate, empathetic and preferred by patients than human physicians across 24 of 26 conversational axes, like politeness, coming across as honest, explaining the condition and treatment, and expressing care and commitment.?
?
- Alpha Go, an AI designed to play one of the oldest, strategic games mastered by millions of people for over 2500 years has defeated the current human champion within days and it revealed a completely new level and dimensions of the game using a way of thinking alien to us.
?
If AI seems to be smarter and more empathetic than us, how can we compete and come out as a winner? What are the skills AI is never going to develop and what is not going to change in the future??
?
These are some new insights that are going to be included in the upcoming webinar ?next week, one week prior to the last Data-driven leadership and team development certification of the year before the price goes up by £400 from next year.?

1 个月At this point, it seems to me that AI is only an aggregator of a wide spectrum of information from which AI can generate desired responses. Just as AI can come across as more honest and more polite, obviously, humans can come across in the same way. This doesn't mean that they really are, in fact, more honest. In the end, at this point, AI can only be as good as the humans that program AI. Medical is used as a context example here. While AI can come across as more honest and more polite, we must remember that the operative phrase is come across. People program AI to accomplish or achieve objectives and goals that are in the medical interest. However, when the person's interest is not in alignment with the medical interest, there can be a problem. In this way, AI is only as good as the people that program AI. For AI to be genuinely intelligent, AI has to be capable of going beyond its context specific program, complex as that program may be. Sometimes, people choose to function within specific parameters. This has its limitations particularly in the medical business. Again, for AI to be genuinely intelligent, AI must be capable of thinking outside the parameters established by people, with the example here being medical.

1 个月This question has caused deep thought. The future may be an era in which AI and human capabilities complement each other rather than simply compete with each other.

1 个月Great question! While AI can analyze data, it can't replicate human connection and empathy.
