Yet, 45% of UK HR leaders lack clarity on future skills needs, and 20% of workers feel underprepared. Janine Chamberlin , Head of LinkedIn UK, notes, “There is a huge opportunity for managers and hiring teams to upskill their existing teams and focus on skills-based hiring to ensure they have the right people to future-proof their business.”
