If you feel like AI-generated content lacks personality...it's because most of it does.


The truth is, most people are using it as a magic quick fix, copy and paste solution, and while that idea sounds like a dream, PLEASE STOP DOING IT if you are!

AI doesn’t replace creativity, it enhances efficiency.


But here is the catch....Google and social platforms prioritise human-centric content. If your content is purely AI-generated, it risks blending into the background of an already oversaturated digital space.


So really, you are just posting for the sake of it...and worse still, you are posting bad AI generated content for the sake of it...


AI is NOT the Problem....How You Use It Is! (Essentially, the problem is YOU....)


It is easy to assume that the software makes the difference.


But jumping from one AI tool to another will not magically improve your content. The real differentiator is you - your voice, insights, and the unique way you shape content.


Think of AI as a team member.


If it is not given the right direction, it will generate bland, generic content. But if you learn to work alongside it, AI can help streamline content creation while maintaining a human touch.

AI is excellent at structuring content, but it lacks intuition.


REMEMBER - it is machine learning, it is built from behaviour, so it will work from what YOU provide it...not memory, but behaviour.


That is where human intervention comes in. Here are some ways to elevate AI-assisted content:


  1. Start with a clear prompt. A weak prompt gives weak output. Instead of a vague request like ‘Write about social media marketing’, refine it: ‘Create a compelling post about why service-based businesses should embrace organic social media marketing. Use an engaging hook, relatable storytelling, and a conversational tone.’


2. Break the AI formula. AI-generated content can sound overly polished and robotic. Adapt it by adjusting sentence structure, incorporating a conversational tone, and removing overused phrases.


3. Format for readability. AI often produces dense paragraphs. Instead, break it up for easier reading:


4. End with a strong call to action. AI-generated content often lacks a clear purpose. Every post should encourage engagement, whether it is a question, a challenge, or an invitation for discussion.
