AI: to be or not to be? That is the existential question...
"AI systems with human-competitive intelligence can pose profound risks to society and humanity, as shown by extensive research and acknowledged by top AI labs". [Pause Giant AI Experiments: An Open Letter , 33707 signatures]
This quote from the play Hamlet, “To be, or not to be? That is the question—Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune, Or to take arms against a sea of troubles, And, by opposing, end them?”
With AI, “To be or not to be? That is rather the existential question for human beings.
What do AI, machine learning, and generative AI, mean, and how must be it all created in rational and sustainable ways? That could decide the future of humanity.
"Artificial intelligence refers to a collection of concepts and ideas, technologies and techniques that relate to a computer system's capacity to model and simulate human intelligence to perform human tasks to compete and replace human intelligence".
"Artificial intelligence refers to a collection of concepts and ideas, sciences, technologies and techniques that relate to a computer system's capacity to model and simulate the world and understand the universe to complete and empower human intelligence".
The former AI, known as fake and false AI (FFAI), owned by big tech and dominates the world of AI today. All FFAI is "AI systems with human-competitive intelligence can pose profound risks to society and humanity".
The latter AI, known as Real and True AI, which is still the underdog in the global AI race.
Now, who wins will decide for humanity its existential question, “To be, or not to be”?
Fake AI Mega Wealth vs. Real Human Abysmal Poverty
I was shocked to find out "How the United States Punishes People for Being Poo r" and local governments criminalize homelessness by making it illegal for people to sit, sleep, or rest in public spaces.
Meanwhile, the total market capitalization of the U.S. stock market was $55,253,720.4 million (or $55.2 trillion) on July 1st, 2024.
Its substantial part is created by "the largest AI companies by market capitalization " having the total market cap: $15.499 T, led by the big tech trillionaires: Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet (Google), Meta Platforms (Facebook), Tesla.
To outlaw the FFAA, its multi-trillion market capitalization, we intend to launch the Global AI Big Tech Class Actions: Machine Intelligence and Learning (MIL) vs. Antihuman Intelligence (AI): the Statement of Claims.
The key statement claim is that "All today's AI owned by Big Tech (Nvidia, Apple, Microsoft, Alphabet, Amazon, Meta, Tesla) is
1) mass-market consumer frauds,
2) green-like washing,
3) existential threat ("AI systems with human-competitive intelligence can pose profound risks to society and humanity, as shown by extensive research and acknowledged by top AI labs " [Pause Giant AI Experiments: An Open Letter]).
The Real AI class actions state a number of informed legal claims:
Nvidia "AI chips" are false and fake AI products and must be legally penalized
Apple Intelligence is false and fake intelligence and must be legally penalized
Microsoft AI is false and fake AI products and services and must be legally penalized
Amazon AI is false and fake AI products and services and must be legally penalized
Google AI is false and fake AI products and services and must be legally penalized
Meta AI is false and fake AI products and services and must be legally penalized
Tesla AI i s false and fake AI products and services and must be legally penalized
OpenAI AI is false and fake AI products and services and must be legally penalized
Especially, this refers to the so-called generative AI, large language models and Chatbots like ChatGPT, Google's Gemini, and Microsoft's Copilot.
Real AI is the Only Future Reality
The goal of the Real AI class action litigations is to penalize "Big Tech Trillionaires for a Triple Techno Fraud: Fake/False AI, AI Washing or Existential Threat" for all the speculative amount, about 85-90% of market caps, in favor of developing and deploying a human-complete, human-friendly AI Technology as Real Machine Intelligence and Learning , as well as building the social smart housing across the globe.
Real AI as Real Machine Intelligence and Learning simulates and models reality, instead of human intelligence, to understand the universe and interact with the world in the most rational, effective and sustainable ways. [Trans-AI: How to Build True AI or Real Machine Intelligence and Learning ]
We have to outlaw the big tech FFAI unless they become techno-oligopolies domineering the global market, getting ‘inordinate’ power over our lives and future.

SUPPLEMENT: On Motivation
All human plans, initiatives, or actions are motivated by some causes, reasons, needs, drives, desires:
biological (primary, physiological, organic motives, as encoded motives) and cognitive (secondary, psychological, social, personal, as learnt motives),
such as as intrinsic and extrinsic,
push and pull,
egoistic and altruistic,
unconscious and conscious,
short-term and long-term motivation,
controlled and controlled,
immoral and moral,
or irrational and rational.
Our conscious, rational, extrinsic motivation is to bring about a better world of human-completing real intelligent machines to help humanize and intellectualize human life
All is by disrupting the big tech "AI systems with human-competitive intelligence can pose profound risks to society and humanity".
Contemporary AI systems are now becoming human-competitive at general tasks, and we must ask ourselves:
Should we let machines flood our information channels with propaganda and untruth??Should we automate away all the jobs, including the fulfilling ones? Should?we develop nonhuman minds that might eventually outnumber, outsmart,?obsolete and replace?us? Should we risk loss of control of our civilization? Such decisions must not be delegated to unelected tech leaders.?Powerful AI systems should be developed only once we are confident that their effects will be positive and their risks will be manageable.
