Last week, I joined as a keynote speaker for an Executive Round Table organized by Visus Group. The topic of discussion was "How Intelligent are Intelligent Systems". Really an interesting topic.
There have been many fascinating innovations in the workforce lately. By unleashing human resources, rather than competing, Artificial Intelligence and Robots empower experts to focus on superior and more value-added tasks.
Emotional intelligence is connected with leadership capabilities since leaders with significant emotional intelligence work well enough in leadership roles and thus, are superior in doing management duties with quality.
How is EI Impacting Leaders of Today’s Businesses??
Emotional Intelligence has been widely seen as a crucial talent that may boost professional relationships, make leadership more successful, and result in more efficient alternative approaches. Businesses are investigating potential answers, including emotional AI, to increase their staff's emotional intelligence.
And while these technologies keep developing, they will begin playing an essential means of communication, efficiency, and performance in the office. Someone's degree of emotional intelligence impacts how they connect with their coworkers and function at the job.
