Ever since we started our little podcast in 2019 we have hopefully brought you insights around AI and you have found the episodes educational and fun. I, along with amazing co-hosts, Ray Fleming , Lee Hickin , Beth Worrall have over the years, really enjoyed connecting with Astronauts, AI pioneers and key leaders from K12 and Higher Education. While we are gearing up for some in depth interviews for next week, Series 8 (AI and assessment) then Series 9 (AI and personalisation) I thought I would share some highlights from the year so far.
Latest news Episode - Every couple of weeks we try to fit in some research and news to get you up to speed.? The latest news episode is here and definitely worth checking out: ?https://aipodcast.education/news-research-roundup-28-march
?AI chatbots at Sydney University.? We explore the use of AI as a lecturer 'double' and also as a persona for learning educational psychology?. A wonderful insightful episode with Danny Liu ?https://aipodcast.education/the-university-of-sydneys-cogniti-ai-bot
One of our most downloaded episodes was "Can AI save the teaching profession?" with Leanne Cameron .? ?Smashing the myth about teachers losing jobs but actually saving the profession.??https://aipodcast.education/leanne-camerons-perspective-on-time-saving-for-the-teaching-professions
The impact of AI in Higher Education was insightful and combined a few interviews with leaders in the field: https://aipodcast.education/the-impact-of-ai-in-higher-education-interviews

The first AI conference of the year gave us so many insights into K12 from Matthew Esterman ???? and Anthony England and more. That episode is here: https://aipodcast.education/am-ai-zing-educator-interviews-from-sydneys-ai-in-education-conference
One of our best friends of the podcast Kate Carruthers (FGIA, MAICD) was back with a dual pod from the Data Revolution Podcast. Kate was as on point and leading the way as always: https://aipodcast.education/education-data-and-generative-ai-a-futurist-perspective-with-kate-carruthers.
Finally, Joe Dale shared his Christmas list of Apps. So many ideas and thoughts on AI in Teaching and Learning: https://aipodcast.education/joe-dale-the-ultimate-christmas-ai-gift-list
