AI innovation significantly benefits us, and if you haven't started implementing it, you're falling behind. Consider attending one of the events hosted by the Gleam Network Club to learn about new advancements and grow your business. Be sure to reserve your seat; over 500 people and top speakers will gather on September 18th in Manhattan, New York.
However, while AI is helping us achieve net-zero goals by 2030, it also contributes to increased emissions, like the 48% rise in Google's emissions. This seems challenging, but RJ Mollen and partners are investing in solutions to ensure we can continue using tools like ChatGPT without guilt. AI and cryptocurrency demand substantial computing power, structured in data centers that require electricity, not just for running servers but also for cooling them.
For instance, Japan's H2-Innovation offers a perfect solution for data centers. Their hydrogen power system ensures data centers can run for days or weeks on hydrogen. The standalone unit is easily integrated, and with solar imports from data center rooftops, no grid connection is needed. Many installations serve as backup power systems, eliminating the need for less environmentally friendly battery solutions. H2 Innovation, with over 36 patents and more than $1 billion in current projects, attracts significant investor interest. The Ant Group , one of the largest data center providers, has recognized the benefits of their solution, as well as others deploying over 2,000 units to power cities in Japan. Even Canada, heavily dependent on wind energy, is in talks to secure its wind industry with Japanese innovation. As H2 Innovation partners with the Gleam Group for global expansion, their technology will soon make a global impact.
Another solution involves generating green energy and hydrogen from waste. The German company WTE AG , based in Hamburg, where RJ Mollen holds shares, converts waste into green energy. In Germany, biomass powers the industry, and with over 50% funding for the next project secured, WTE is open to co-investors for their global installations. WTE is building installations with over $10 billion in projects in the pipeline.

Regarding CO2, while many companies spend billions to pump carbon into empty gas fields, it's a valuable material that can be repurposed. For instance, Mariana Perez innovated a method to remove not just CO2 but all air pollution, creating new materials from it. Her company, Reklimate , has partnered with Home Depot and 美国哈佛大学 . Direct air capture typically costs companies like Google over $500 per ton, but Reklimate's technology reduces this to below $100 per ton. Reklimate, based in Norway, has installations operating for over three years and even NASA's recommendation. With top clients like Corona, Yamaha, Renault, and Pepsico, Reklimate's business model makes it accessible for companies to address air pollution.
